New App for Booking Trips!

 

Downloading the App

  1.  Download our new app by searching “TapRide” in the App Store or the Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app and choose “GoLink-DART” under “Select System.”
  3. Follow the prompts to create your username and password.
  4. Confirm your account when you receive the verification email.
  5. After registration, log into the app. You’re now ready to book a trip!

Booking a Trip is Easy!

  1. Open the TapRide application and press the “Start” button to begin your request.
  2. Set your pickup location by entering in your starting address or locating the stop on the map and dropping a pin.
  3. Set your dropoff location by entering in your destination address or locating your stop on the map and dropping a pin.
  4. Press the back or “Edit” button to modify your addresses. Confirm your ride when completed.
  5. Enter the number of passengers on your trip, including yourself, and submit your ride.
  6. ‘Waiting for driver’ will appear until you are matched. Once assigned to a vehicle an ETA with ‘driver en route’ will appear on the screen
  7. You can follow the drivers’ location on the map as your ETA counts down.

Cancelling a Trip

To cancel your ride, press the "cancel ride" button and select the reason from the options presented. Or you can give us a call at 214-452-1827.
